Kate’s Story With Plastic Rubber and Water Treatment

Kate focused on domestic wastewater treatment during her university studies and moved into plastics formulation and production processes while working at Zhejiang Plastics. As an expert in plastics formulation and production processes, she joined Zhejiang and used her expertise in water treatment and plastics to make significant contributions to product research and development. Through her in-depth knowledge of water treatment and plastics formulations, Kate quickly mastered the formulation and production process of diffusers and MBBR ,and till now he sold diffusers and MBBR Media to over 90 countries around the world.

Leader in China's Aeration Diffusers

After more than 10 years at Zhejiang Plastics, Kate created her own Aquasust brand to help more engineering companies around the world gain access to China's high-quality aeration systems and Biological Processes products and solutions, and worked with a rubber factory with 20 years of experience, who jointly developed aeration systems such as aerationdiffusers.

Enhanced the wastewater treatment product system by launching a tube settler production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 m³, improving product diversity and quality.

Expanded MBBR applications and built an aeration manufacturing facility with an annual capacity of 40,000 diffusers, ensuring full quality control.
