Structural Advantages of Liftable Tube Diffusers | Aquasust

The liftable tube diffuser system consists of an air supply main, lift pipes, and the tube diffusers themselves. It can be retrofitted directly onto existing aeration mains. During installation, the main air supply pipeline is first welded into place, followed by the installation of lift pipes and connection flanges.

Key components of the liftable tube diffuser include:

- ABS inner pipe + EPDM（PTFE/TPU/Silicon） membrane + SUS304 clamp + end fittings

- Available in two-tube and four-tube configurations

- Air inlet chambers made of ABS or SUS304 materials

- The overall system comprises a blower, main pipeline, air distribution pipes above the aeration tank, connecting rigid pipes, and the diffusers.

If an aeration tank already exists, the existing air supply pipeline can be directly modified to accommodate liftable fine bubble tube diffusers without the need for drainage. This makes retrofitting simple and cost-effective.

For newly constructed aeration tanks, choosing liftable tube diffusers allows the main air supply pipeline to be installed above the tank rather than at the bottom. This design greatly simplifies future maintenance and replacement processes. Individual diffusers can be serviced by simply closing the corresponding air supply valve, eliminating the need for tank cleaning—a common requirement for bottom-mounted diffuser systems.
