What is Ultra High Speed Turbo Blower
The Ultra High Speed Turbo Blower is a single stage centrifugalblower, which does not need a gearbox, accelerator and coupling, and ispowered by a high speed Permanent Magnet SynchronousMotor(PMSM) is directly driven, while the motor uses a variablefrequency drive(VFD) for speed regulation. The blower IMPELLER isdirectly connected to the motor. While the rotating shaft is suspendedon the active AlR BEARINGS. Because there is no physical contact andno lubricating oil system, so with the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving, low noise, reliable operation and long-termmaintenance.
The Aquasust Ultra High Speed Turbo Blower centrifugal compressor adopts a fuel cell air compressor head, having passed automotive-grade testing, -40°C to 80°C high/low-temperature operation tests, IP67 protection rating tests, automotive-grade vibration and shock tests, and a special technical design based on bearing-impeller integration, successfully enduring 300,000 start-stop cycles, ensuring high stability and reliability of the blower.

The main task of the compressor is to pressurize the ambient air and transport it to the cathode
side of the fuel cell stack (hydrogen is usually supplied by a high-pressure storage tank at
reduced pressure).
